The ACEA 2019 Construction Expo is an exciting opportunity for students to explore the diverse careers related to the construction industry. This event is free for students and free to exhibit!

DATE: Saturday, March 2, 2019

TIME: 11 AM – 5 PM

LOCATION: Marcelo’s Sand & Loam, 8811 Hergotz Ln, Austin, TX 78742

DRESS CODE

 All attendees are required to wear closed toe shoes or boots and full-length pants. No sleeveless attire is allowed. Hard hats, safety glasses, and safety vests will be provided at the event and must be worn to operate tools and equipment. Anyone not in compliance will not be able to participate in activities.

Promote your business for a good cause! Sponsorship funds will offset the costs of a tent, safety equipment for the students, drinking water and other necessities. In kind donations are also gratefully accepted and will be recognized in all promotional materials before and after the event.

VOLUNTEER

Promote your company for another good cause! Volunteers will help set up and breakdown, direct vehicles to parking area, guide student groups to each station, etc. Volunteers can assist on March 1st at 10am and/or March 2nd at 10:30am.

Volunteers benefits include:

  • Your business featured on ACEA newsletter, website, social media
  • Priority review of student applications for summer labor
  • Complimentary lunch and water throughout the day.
