C. Carlton Industries, Ltd.
I began my career in 1998 at Diamond Construction in Las Vegas, Nevada. I started operating a CAT 631D Scraper at 18 years old. I quickly worked my way up to a finish blade operator and was promoted to a Foreman role by the time I was 20 years old. By 21 I was a Superintendent grading multi-million dollar projects for customers like DR Horton and Meritage. I worked for Diamond Construction until the financial crisis of 2008.
I changed course in 2009 when I was hired as a Project Manager for a Civil Construction Company working on City and State work. I managed projects ranging from 2 to 20 million dollars from 2009 to 2011.
The financial crisis led me to search for work in an area that was not hit as hard as Las Vegas was. My search ended when I took a job as a Superintendent at Ranger Excavating. I moved my family to Austin, Texas and I worked at Ranger for 3 years before coming to C.C.Carlton. Since 2014 I have worked my way up from a Project Manager to President of C.C.Carlton. My passion and experience in both the field and office setting lead me to where I am today.
